One of
the most important things we do is to revive the entrepreneurial
spirit, which fosters self-reliance, independence and freedom.
Our goal
is to help the small business owner recapture the fun and
excitement they experienced when they first went into business.
We do that by assisting in the elimination of
business dysfunction, sources of frustration and causes
of low profitability.
Business

to their attorney for legal assistance, and Beyond Breakeven
Business Strategists for help with literally everything
else. We round
out and complete the entrepreneurs’ board of Strategists, though
we are distinctly different from many other professionals. Most clients look upon the services
provided by CPAs, attorneys and consultants as something
akin to magic. The
result is impressive but the client has no idea how it was
accomplished. We believe in not only performing the
magic but also teaching our clients how it was done. Sharing
in the process, results in self-reliant entrepreneurs.

cures are not ordered without a thorough and deep understanding
of the patient, his history, current condition and a plan
for full recovery. An Strategist has the power to provide

development, financial analysis, equipment leasing, acquisitions,
profit engineering and business funding and loans.

paid.” At Beyond Breakeven, Inc. we know that
the small business market in which we choose to work is
most often financially stretched.
So our challenge was, how do we help small businesses
that can’t usually afford to pay us fairly for the work
we provide? As
masterful problem solvers, we realized that giving our clients
what they need while getting what we need would mean that
some other source would have to subsidize the
cost of our projects. In many instances our client’s profitability
is improved by a product or service we would recommend. This service provider or “outsource” would
then send us a small finder’s or referral fee, thereby subsidizing
the cost of our assistance.
Utilizing outsources to financially subsidize our
work allows us to provide comprehensive assistance to our
clients without our clients having to pay totally for all
of the work performed.
